Hair coloring help!?

Hi, I want to make my hair look like this: http://www.salonweb.com/hstyles/long.htm

the one with the white hair whose hair is black at the end, but I want to have black hair with white at the end, since i already have black hair. But I want to do it at home. So does anyone know how I can color my hair like this at home?

thats a really cool style but im not sure if you would be able to achieve this look at home. you would need to strip the black from underneath because if you bleach straight over it, either it wont work, or it will go red. so my best bet is to get how ever much underneath you want, stripped, then buy the colour you want and dye it at home.
