Because its unusual and usually, it doesn't go with your skintone well. If you are light skinned (like Beyonce) you could pull off a honey blond, but if your dark skinned (like you) the lightest you can go without looking strange is a chocolate brown w/ honey blond frosting. And it kinda makes you look cheap too. That is exactly why WHITE people are born with blond hair. Not black people.

Sounds like a troll question, but I'll answer without the "mad" aspect because the idea of white people being mad over someone having blonde hair is ridiculous.

Darker complexions and dark hair tend to compliment each other. Blonde hair does not look right on anyone with a darker complexion (this goes for Caucasians too). It's better to rock the brown hair than bleach it, imo. Dark hair looks fierce and bleached hair looks bland. ;)
