Red looks best with pale/ivory skin. Some people can pull off black, think Snow White but fierce and modern, but red is safer.

if u dyed it red, then you would look whiter, if you dye it blond well it ads some color to your cheeks, if you become a brunette then you would look darker and a bit more sophisticated, if you dye if black, not emo dark black, then you will probably look fabu.

is it like you have porcelin skin, i.e., Nicole Kidman? Hmmm, I would say to try a dye that's brown with some red mixed in it; or briown with red highlights...know what I mean?...just so it would add some color to your skin. Say, if you were to dye your hair blond, I think you would like even more paler. Good luck.
