Patches of hair falling out help??? 29 male white?

well i duno if its alopecia, but i had a little spot in the back of my head falling out and it grew bigger now about 2 inches tall and 1 inch wide, then today my g/f noticed another patch about smaller than a dime patch out.

what is it? does anyone know? does anyone have alopecia or know symptoms???
