I have irritatingly wavy hair and have to straighten it everytime i was it. Can I by any chance use hair relaxer on my hair or will it damage it?

First off, your hair can not tolerate the chemicals, or the damage that the chemical relaxers used on African American ladies hair will do to it.

If you want to straighten your hair using chemical, just use a perm. Do not wrap/roll your hair, mix contents, squirt onto your hair and comb. Use the back of the comb to lay the hair flat, and it will straighten out...usually straighter than before, but not board flat.

Any chemicals you put on your hair will damage it, so be prepared. If your hair is colored, or bleached, I would suggest you skip this altogether, your asking for your hair to be fried.

But..by all means, any other product that is aimed at black ladies is great for you hair. I use alot of them myself, because I have very bleached, dry hair. So...alot of the hairsprays have oil in them, and put some of the oil back in my hair....I use alot of the gels...and so forth. And...oil sheen hair spray is one of the best tanning bed sprays you can get...LOL

Well you can but you have to use the MILD/or relaxer for FINE hair. Ive actually seen an Indian and white women get their hair relaxed.The best thing to do is ask the hairdresser for the right one.

You can use the Demi-perm or relaxers for Children.DO NOT USE RELAXER THAT HAVE MAXIMUM STRENGTH AND DON'T LEAVE IT ON YOU HAIR FOR MORE THAN 10MINS.

So you will need someone who knows what there are doing to do it for you until you learn how to do it yourself. Remember the fact that you have abuse your hair already with the frequent use of heat to straighten it will have cause damaged already to the hair.Try and restore your hairs health b4 u relax you hair.

I know this might upset some people but becuase everyone is mixed to some degree their are alot of white people that have hair that is similiar to black peoples hair and vice-versa. So it's not a simply answer as yes or no.Get the hairdresser to do strand tests 1st.
