WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING!!! By the way you typed this, it looks like you're shouting, but anyway, dark blues, plums, and bronze colors will help bring out the blue in your eyes. For lipgloss, a caramel, light pink, or nude lipsticks will look good on you.

It depends on what colour your eyes are. Go to the makeup counter and check out Almay makeup. They have already figured out collections for blue, brown and green eyes. I bought the one for the brown eyes which was light mauve and 3 shades of beige/brown. I also bought the matching eyeliner and mascara. Their mascara doesn't make your eyes itch and it is affordable.
