Why do you get gray/white hairs at a young age?

I'm not very old, and not nearly old enough to have gray hair yet. So why do I have it? Is it because I happen to think a lot or something? I don't think there is anything wrong with me, just wanna know. Anyway, if you happen to be able to answer my question, please do.

Hair grows white when the color pigment (melanin) ceases to be produced in the hair follicle and small air spaces take its place. Please check out http://useinfo-grayhair.blogspot.com/ for more info.

Genetics and stress! Your parents or grandparents probably started getting gray hair are a young age.

You can dye your hair and it'll be fine.
