Is there any one with this type of hair like this who can straighten it?

my hair is a mixture of black hair,and white hair with a spanish backround.do u have this hair or close 2 it that has been straightend and worked out so well that u can were it down without it getting frizzy?no price range.and i mean a treatment like bioionics.thnx,peace

I hear 'ya. I have the same type of hair almost, and I straightned it every day this year.

Okay- what I do is that I take a shower at night [and if your hair is really wavy/frizzy/curly like mine can get, then take showers every other day.] but when you take a shower [at night] use a straightening shampoo and conditioner. then when you get out towel dry your hair a bit. then brush it out with a wide-toothed comb. Then put a straightening spray in your hair, as well as anti-frizz syrum. [optional] then blow dry your hair as straight as you can get it with a roller brush and a hair dryer. When your hair is about 90% dry, put your dryer on cool setting and hold your hair in place while you blow dry it with cool air. [if you have a cold setting do that. if not- then just completely dry your hair] then take a hair straightner ("flatiron") and straighten your hair. [if you have thick hair use a wider straightner] When your done, do the cool setting on your dryer and hold your hair in place while drying your hair [again] (the cold setting closes your hair folicles to prevent frizzing) when youur hair is all finished.. put in an anti-frizz, shining/finishing spray, or anything you want to prevent frizz.

Then you have perfect straight hair. =]

P.S- or if none of this helps, you can also get a Chinese straightening treatment. It takes about 8 hours to do and usually last until your hair grows out, [or like 8 months]

one of my clients has hair like that and i can flat iron it with no frizz. it lasts her about a week. she usually wears it straight one week and either curly or up the next week so it doesn't get damaged.

that's the trick!

i use 2 kinds of irons. a chi and one (don't know the brand, sorry) i bought in italy that heats up hotter than a chi.

she is from new zealand. her heritage is black (aborigine), scottish, hispanic and a bunch of others. her hair is long and wirey and kind of kinky in the wirey ---- ewey hair. and it grows big faster than long if that makes any sense to you. yuk hair! i make it soft like silk and she can run her fingers thru it without hurting herself.

Yup i use Nexxus Moisturizing Line, Humestress,Therappe and Keraphix with a leave in conditioner, i if its going to be rainy i spray a little oil sheen on my hair and wrap it with a silk scarf. works every time.
