I'm attempting to get the platinum blonde/white hair and im using manic panic flashlightning since thats what alot of celebs use and get great results. Will i need vol30 or 40? i'm not trying to fry my hair any more than it is.
My hair is sand coloured. do i need vol30 or 40 bleach?
You will need 40 volume peroxide...if your hair is not allready color treated...and also you will need a toner with a violet base if you wish to acheive platinum hair.
