I know right? But it's not all white people that are like this. Maybe just the ones you live near. There are a couple people like that at my school. Some of them refuse to wear anything but flip flops or uggs (but only when it's snowing or they want to wear a mini skirt). In that case one could blame fashion, but then again whtie people aren't the only ones interested in "fashion". But you really can't assume something for themm all unless you ask.

why do you care? Its their body... let them do as they please. Im black and I hardly wear winter coats outside and yes sometimes I wear tanktops in the snow....I guess I dont really feel cold at all times. Plus its nice to get a dose of fresh cold air outside, especially after staying in a 70+ degree environment for over 20hours a day.
